HR takes forever to tell you what is going on while that guy interrogates, intimidates, and talks down to women himself the minute they file a complaint against another leader. The HR department protects whoever has power, even the guy they call a leader. The HR complaint process is a complete and utter total bad stressful joke. The meeting culture is bad and they still expect work to get done regardless.

They ride your neck between meetings to check on the work you are doing and slap their name on every company or department status update. They micromanage you and ask you personal questions about your life and family when you ask them not to. They take credit for the hard work that you do and do presentations of your work as if they are doing it themselves. Digital tech leaders do not know what they are doing and send you around in circles. You should listen to the digital tech reviews.
